Booking your rentals on ReRack is simple & done in 3 easy steps.

Step 1- Select product(s) that you like from our range of curated pieces.
Step 2- Select the dates and duration you’d like to ReRack the outfit for: 3, 7 or 14 days. Your garments will be delivered to you on the first date of your rental period by 2PM. For any special requests or early delivery please contact our support on whatsapp
Step 3- We will collect the product(s) back from you on the last date of the rental period before 5PM. A late fee of INR250/day is applicable for any missed pick-ups. For special requests, reach out to support immediately. Have Qs? jump to FAQs

👗 Why rent with ReRack?
No security deposit, we only charge a flat platform fee per order. We take all orders online, bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

👩‍💻 Fit Assistance
If you experience any fit issues upon receiving your product, ensure the 360 tagging seal remains unbroken, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our customer support team will swiftly guide you through the process of alterations or replacements.

💼 Damage protection and care
ReRack covers all cleaning charges in the rental fee. We strongly recommend that you do not wash or clean any garments yourself. To provide our users with the best rental experience, we have partnered up with Bianca, a high-end garment & fabric cleaning company based out of Mumbai, to ensure all garments are cleaned professionally with the best in class service.
