Shipping policy

We only cater to customers in India and our deliveries are live currently in Mumbai city only. Your platform fee (INR 99) covers 2-way shipping, dry-cleaning, any minor repairs to the rented item, size & style consultations. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or hyperlocal partners only. Orders are dispatched as per the starting date of the rental period, as agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / office norms. You will receive your order between 10AM to 6PM on the first date of your rental period. 

RERACK KOMMUNE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
