Yes, we do provide Same-day deliveries on request. All orders are shipped with Porter & you can expect delivery within 2 hrs. Start a WhatsApp chat with us for the same
No, we don’t charge a deposit! Instead, we take a flat platform fee of INR 99 per order. This helps us maintain our quality and white-glove service. Please note, bookings are only confirmed once full upfront payment is made on our website.
We provide free doorstep delivery and pick-up with every rental. All logistical costs are already covered in the INR 99 platform fee — nothing extra!
No worries! If you face any fit issues, just make sure the 360° tagging seal remains unbroken and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will help you with alterations or replacements. If we can’t fix the issue, we’ll issue a full refund of your booking amount.
Not at all! ReRack covers all cleaning and logistics charges. Please do not wash or clean the garment yourself. We’ve partnered with Bianca, a premium garment care brand, to professionally clean every outfit before it reaches you.
We understand accidents can happen. If there’s any damage, kindly contact our support team immediately. Minor wear and tear is usually covered, but if the outfit is damaged beyond repair, you may be liable to pay up to the MRP of the item.

Rerack PACKAGING IS CREATED thoughtfully
Use our natural cotton dustbag to make a habit out of caring for your garments (please do not return it during pick-ups, it's a small gift from us to you) & accessories. We've also enclosed a bookmark tag to encourage you to disconnect and read (A PAPER BOOK!) & a sticker sheet so that you continue to create chatter / awareness about Sharing > Owning, wherever you go!
